This Week’s Runs

The Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening runs are part of the FTG (Fun Training Group), so these runs have an EASY warm up and cooldown, plus we do some fun drills before main part of the session. which is typically 10K. Note: Kari is organizing a beginners run with a very easy pace starting at 8:30AM from Coffee Traders on Saturday mornings, all abilities welcome.
